  • 1. Rolled oats – 50gms
  • 2. Bananas - 1 Frozen
  • 3. Skimmed Milk – 1 Cup/100ml
  • 4. Natural unsweetened peanut butter – 1 teaspoon
  • 5. Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • 6. Flavors –
  • a. Cocoa Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • b. Cinnamon – half teaspoon
  • c. Maple Syrup – 1 teaspoon
  • d. Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
  • 7. Garnish (Optional) – Almonds, Cashew, Mixed Berries, Chocolate chips

Procedure:

  • 1. Toss all ingredients into your blender jar and blend until you get desired consistency.
