Ingredients:

  • 1. Chickpeas – 100gms, Soaked in water overnight
  • 2. Eggs whites (Boiled) – 4 pieces
  • 3. Onion - 1 medium size, chopped
  • 4. Olive oil – 1 teaspoon
  • 5. Coriander – 2 teaspoon, chopped
  • 6. Black pepper powder as required
  • 7. Salt as required
  • 8. Turmeric as required

Procedure:

  • 1. Pressure cook soaked chickpeas until 3 to 4 whistles
  • 2. Chop boiled egg whites into small pieces
  • 3. Transfer chickpeas and eggs to a bowl
  • 4. Add onions, olive oil. Salt, black pepper and mix well
  • 5. Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy your salad
